Terms of purchase
The Customer has the opportunity to choose from or order from the store's products. The buyer can click on the selected product to see more details. If you want to buy it, you will place the item you want to buy in a virtual basket by pressing the "Add to Cart" button. By clicking on the "view" button on the cart you will find the shopping cart and the total amount of the invoice and the shipping cost. Here you can check the correctness of their order, especially with regard to prices and quantities, which can be modified and repaired as required. the basket automatically calculates the total amount of the order.
If you consider the amount of items you have in your basket, checked the total amount and decided to buy them, simply click the "checkout" button. In our store you have the possibility to purchase without registering, so you can choose from three options:
- you want to sign up as a registered customer
- you want to register as a new buyer
- you may want to buy without registration
If you have already purchased our store, please enter your e-mail address and password that You used during the previous registration. If you would like to register as a new customer, enter the information you need to purchase that your system stores and will only need to sign up for the next purchase. Enter your billing and shipping address when purchasing without registration.
In the next step, select the appropriate shipping mode:
- home delivery (courier service)
- personal pick-up at our customer service (at a pre-agreed date)
Then you'll need to choose a form of payment that is appropriate to you:
- bank transfer - (when you place your order, we will notify you by email of your order being placed in a "pending state" as soon as the amount transferred to our bank account arrives, the order will be activated and we will provide you with all the necessary additional information via e-mail)
- paypal payment - (credit card online payment method via secure paypal system)
If you agree with the order content, click the "Order" button to submit the order.
Our prices are listed at the time of order, which are found next to the products in the webshop. Prices are gross, VAT is included but these prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping cost can be found in the checkout process before the order is finalized, as well as in the purchase conditions. If there is an error or a deficiency in the webshop at the products or prices, we reserve the right to make corrections. In such a case, we will immediately inform the buyer about the new data after the error is detected or modified. The buyer can then confirm the order once more, or it is possible for any party to withdraw from the contract.
Orders are processed within 24 hours.
Possibility to improve data entry errors
Before you can click on the "Order" button, you can correct the data entry errors.
All orders will be sent via e-mail feedback. This means that after the order has been delivered, you receive an automatic email from the receipt of the order and (later) one of the expected delivery dates. Barion - Barion is an electronic payment service. You can use it to pay in our online store by credit card, either without registration or prepaid balance.
You do not have to sign up for a credit card payment, you need to enter your bank card number, expiration date, CVC code on the back, and a working email address. If you do not have a bank card, you can use it to pay for your prepaid Barion balance, which you can transfer by transfer or cash, or what your friends can send money to. In this case, you can pay for your e-mail address and password.

The deliveries are delivered by courier service. The delivery time of the product is described by the webshop in the checkout process and is included with the confirmation email. You can check the delivery time by phone at the confirmation email.
You can get accurate information about our shipping rates by placing your selected product in the basket and by entering the shipping address in the checkout process. By knowing the shipping fee, you have the option of leaving the shipping or purchasing the product simply by deleting the product from the cart.
Withdrawal from delivery
If the webshop does not fulfill its contractual obligation because it does not have the goods specified in the contract and the ordered service can not be provided, it is obliged to inform the customer thereof. The webshop does not contract with minors. By accepting the terms of sale, the customer declares that he is of age.
Returning the Product
The product is can be returned only in its original condition and in its packaging, in its complete quantity, quality.
Information on terms of contract
The language of the contract is Hungarian, the contract concluded is written in writing. The contract is entered, will be available later.
Right of withdrawal / Return guarantee
The customer can withdraw from the contract within 14 working days without reason. The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the day when the goods were taken over. The seller must repay the amount paid to the customer within 30 days following the withdrawal of the product, as soon as the repacked product is received in original condition.
The customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In addition, the customer will not be charged any other costs. However, the seller may claim reimbursement of the damage resulting from the misuse of the goods. If the goods returned on the basis of the right of withdrawal are not impeccable and re-sold, then the customer is liable for compensation if the deterioration, loss or otherwise inability to sell the goods has been deliberately or negligently caused.
If the product is revealed in the presence of the person performing the delivery (postal delivery, courier), it is proven to be damaged and the damage occurred prior to receipt of the goods, the product is taken back, the cancellation of the sale is immediately provided. Any injuries or lack of content must be included in the factual report between the transferor and the transferee during the delivery of the mail! We can not assume responsibility for postponement of content or damage!

The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until the purchase price is fully paid. In the case of incorrect, unaccepted orders, we will take the product as a "new" owner, and after a successful sale, the new owner will be paid the fee after deducting the additional costs that may be incurred. The owner of the non-delivered goods may request the itemized statement of the additional costs.
Modify or delete an order
The 2001 cviii. the seller of the webshop software immediately informs the buyer of the fact that the order is placed. This notice does not constitute a contract between seller and customer. It only indicates to the customer that our ordering requirement has been registered and forwarded to the competent employee of the seller.
If the buyer does not arrive within 48 hours, the buyer's bidding restrictions will be terminated.
The seller will be able to withdraw the order by electronic means until the order commences. Upon commencement of the order, the buyer will be notified by email and / or telephone of the expected duration of the delivery and the fact of commencement of the performance, and then only in person or through the contact details of the "Customer Service" or "Contact" menu items.
Subsequent modification of the order can only be made in writing, by e-mail.
